Professional Registration

Instructions for Registration & Account Activation

To gain access to professional pricing and the corresponding product categories, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Carefully complete all business and professional details in the registration form.
Step 2: In the Customer Type field, select your professional specialty (e.g. Dentist, Medical Doctor, Aesthetician, Make-Up Artist).
Step 3: Click “Create” to submit your registration request.
Step 4: You will immediately receive an email titled “Activate Your Account”.
Open it and click “Activate Account” to enable your account.
Step 5: Once your account is activated, our team will verify your professional information.
After the review is completed, you will receive a second email confirming that your account has been approved and is now active.

Once approved, you will gain access to professional prices and the product categories relevant to your specialty.

Processing time:
Account verification is usually completed within 1 hour and may take up to 12 hours during high-volume periods.
